Getting Started
-
Delete trades:
First, use the “select all” button on the top left row to delete the examples. Take a look first by entering the pages of some trades to see what a complete trade looks like with all the boxes filled in.
-
Add strategies:
Go to Library (top menu) or Trading Plan (below the chart) to go to the strategy database.
****When you add a trade, you can associate it with the strategy you have used, so it will be easier for you to find past trades when you want to study or review.
-
Add trade:
To add a trade, you can use any of the following buttons:
- “Add Trade” button (top left of the home page).
- Blue “New” button in the database (top right of the database). - Last row of the database

They will automatically appear in the gallery and in the calendar for later consultation.
Pages
Main - Trading Journal Database
Each table is designed to record the trades of a month with all the necessary information to validate a strategy. The information fields it has are:
- Market: as an example three currency pairs have been added (EUR/USD, GBP/USD and AUD/USD). Press the top cell of the column to edit the property and add your preferred pairs.
- Session. Having a trading schedule is important to know when to trade and when not to trade. In the example the ICT sessions (London, New York and PM) have been added. Feel free to add the ones you trade.
- Date: date of the trade, you can include the time. The date is the property that allows you to filter the database to see the trades and results of the current week, month and year. By hovering the course at the top of the database you can change the time filter (it also allows you to see the trades of the current or past day and of the previous week/month/year).
- Checklist Win/Lose: Check if it is a winning trade and leave empty if it is a losing trade. At the bottom of the column you will see the ratio you are carrying.
- RR: P/L measure, change it to profit/loss or percentage of pips easily in the upper cell. At the bottom of the column you will see the ratio you are carrying.
- RRx: P/L expected before starting work.
- Timeframe: change or add other timeframes in which you trade.
- Screenshots (Charts/Execution/HTF): add images or tradingview links of the different stages of your trade.
Hide/Remove properties (columns)
Personally, I use less information, but I have added all the columns that may be of interest to different types of traders.
